Like many in the hospitality industry we found our family in unprecedented times as a result of COVID-19. Scott had been telling Jenny for years that the beignets would be a big hit, and with little else to do, they started making them for their neighborhood and in the weeks that followed many more. As a Navy trained Chef, Scott's travels around the world give him an atypical approach to traditional southern cooking. Which is why our beignets have a little ginger in the glaze. We will resume offer weekday options once we are able, but they will not be in the same location!
We are a pop up based concept and are always looking for away to bring our beignets to you! We can pop up at a Brewery, a Winery, a Neighborhood HOA or even a business. Please send us an email to schedule a time for us to come your business
